Gifs for sales decks

For this project, I created GIFs to visually communicate key features of the work platform my company develops. These animations are used in sales decks to help clients understand the platform’s value at a glance. I handled every step of the process, from recording the screen to crafting polished animations using Premiere Pro.

Cultural fit is a service where users can compare their cultural compatibility with other users or even teams in a company to determine how well they would work together.
Emma is the company's AI recruiter. She engages candidates and helps them apply for jobs. She also guides talent seekers and companies through the process of hiring employees.

Torre OS is the service offered by the platform where companies and talent seekers can keep track of their recruiting process using its Applicant Tracking System.

Animated conversation
with AI recruiter

An animation of a simulated conversation between a job seeker and the company's AI recruiter, designed to showcase the AI's capabilities.
Torre AI specializes in using artificial intelligence to match job offers with candidates based on their skills, location, language, and preferences.
The AI engages with the candidates to invite them to apply to jobs, help them complete their applications, check their references, keep them engaged for future job openings, ask for referrals, and answer their questions.
The elements for this animation were created using Illustrator, and then, the conversation was animated in 2D using After Effects. The company uses isometric images to represent its products and services, so the 2D animation was rotated and extruded to match these parameters.
Demos of a platform for recruiting solutions

Below you can see 2 of the 11 demos that were created in Spanish and English to show how the products and services offered to companies and talent seekers work.
We had several recording sessions with the CEO and the VP of Sales using the virtual recording studio Riverside, in which I acted as producer and guided them during the process of recording. Riverside offers a teleprompter tool that helped speed up the process since we had previously developed the script for each of the demos.
Using Riverside, I removed most of the mistakes and pauses. I then brought the project to Premiere Pro, where I finished removing unwanted footage, focusing on the small details to ensure that jumps between the takes would look as natural as possible.
I used a screen recording tool to capture myself using all the features of the platform and added these videos to the project. I had to cut each video into pieces and adjust the speed of each part so that every second matched what the presenters were mentioning at that exact moment. This time adjustment was first done in the English video and then had to be redone for the Spanish version, since talking speeds vary from person to person. I added a dark rectangle with reduced opacity and gaussian blur on the right side of the screen that would appear beneath the screen videos to help highlight them. Once the whole video was ready, I brought it to Descript for final editing and adding captions.
